Revuiq Terms of use

Welcome to RevuIQ (“RevuIQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the RevuIQ application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

RevuIQ provides tools and services that help users discover, monitor, analyze, and manage business reviews and related information.

Certain features may be available only through a paid subscription.

By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use RevuIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

· Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

· Interfere with the operation or security of the application.

· Use automated tools to access or scrape the service without permission.

· Misuse, copy, distribute, or exploit any content provided through the application except as permitted by law.

Certain features, including saved favorites and review alerts, may require information to be stored on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials associated with your use of the application.

RevuIQ may offer optional premium subscriptions that provide additional features, including but not limited to:

· Ad-free experience

· Increased favorite place limits

· Review alerts and notifications

· Additional premium features introduced in the future

Premium features may change from time to time.

Subscriptions are processed and billed through Apple’s App Store.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours 

before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings.

All subscription purchases and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s billing and refund policies.

RevuIQ does not directly process subscription refunds.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and materials provided through RevuIQ are owned by or licensed to RevuIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

RevuIQ may rely on third-party services, APIs, and data providers.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the service at any time without prior notice.

RevuIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

· The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

· Information provided through the service will always be accurate or complete.

· Defects will be corrected immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevuIQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the application, its users, or our business interests.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the application and will become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
